Home Run Electric, LLC (“Home Run Electric,” “HRE,” “we,” “us”) does not sell your personal information, and we only use it to respond to you and to keep this website working well. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through homerunelectricllc.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
HRE is a licensed electrical contractor based in and serving Western Washington. This policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not cover information you give us by phone, in person, or on a job site, or any third-party website we link to.
Information We Collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you choose to give us, and basic technical data collected automatically when you visit.
Information you give us. When you submit a form, request an estimate, or book service, we collect what you enter, which may include:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Service or project address
- Type of service requested and a description of your project or problem
- Preferred contact method and appointment times
- Photos or files you choose to upload (if the form allows it)
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect general usage data, such as:
- Pages visited, time on page, and how you arrived at the Site (for example, a search engine or link)
- Device type, browser, operating system, and screen size
- Approximate location (city or region level), derived from your IP address
- Site performance data, such as page load times and errors
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
What we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or biometric data through the Site. Please do not include sensitive information like this in form fields.
How We Use Information
We use the information you submit only to do business with you. That includes:
- Responding to your inquiry, estimate request, or emergency service request
- Scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments
- Preparing estimates and bids
- Keeping records of the work we perform for you
We use automatically collected analytics data only to:
- Monitor Site traffic and understand which pages are useful
- Find and fix technical problems
- Keep the Site fast, secure, and working on different devices
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Apart from the service providers described below, we do not share it with other companies for their marketing or any other purpose of their own.
We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers acting on our behalf. A few companies help us run the Site and respond to you. For example, our web hosting company stores the Site, our form-processing service receives and stores form submissions, and our email delivery service sends those submissions to our inbox. These companies handle your information only to provide these services to us. They may not sell it or use it for their own purposes.
- Google Analytics. Usage data described above is processed by Google to produce our traffic reports. See Cookies and Analytics below.
- Referrals, only with your permission. If we can’t perform a job, we may suggest another contractor. We will give you their contact information so you can reach out yourself. We will not give your information to another company unless you explicitly tell us to.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety of people or property.
- Business transfer. If HRE is sold, merged, or transfers its assets, customer records may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to protect them under terms at least as protective as this policy.
Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies, which are small text files stored in your browser. We use two kinds:
- Essential cookies that keep the Site and its forms working
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to count visits and measure how the Site is used
We have turned off Google Analytics advertising features. We do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites.

Your options:
- Block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The Site will still work, though some features may be limited.
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting your data on any website.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics data is collected from your visit. “Do Not Track” signals do not change how the Site operates, because we do not sell data or track you across websites. You can still use the options above to opt out of analytics.
Data Retention and Security
Retention. We keep form submissions and customer records as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties, and meet legal, tax, and licensing record-keeping requirements. Inquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 24 months. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, password-protected accounts, and limiting access to HRE staff who need it. No website or online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Washington law (RCW 19.255).
Your Choices and Requests
You can contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw permission you previously gave us to share your information
To make a request, email admin@homerunelectricllc.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We may keep some records if the law requires us to, such as records of completed electrical work, and we will tell you if that applies.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults arranging electrical services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors Outside Washington
HRE provides services only in Western Washington, and the Site is operated from Washington State. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States under this policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our practices or tools change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make a significant change to how we share personal information, we will post a notice on the Site before it takes effect.
